Areas to be secured:
- Outdoors: to protect against theft, e.g. of advertising signs or furniture, to solve cases involving violence or vandalism
- Entrance area: to identify visitors (for analysing incidents or for monitoring refusals of access, e.g. if someone has been banned from the premises)
- Cloakroom: to resolve disputes or to investigate thefts
- Indoors: for an increased sense of security among customers, to solve cases involving violence, theft by trickery, to manage service staff if necessary
- Storage area: to protect against theft of valuable goods and gourmet food
- Sanitary facilities: to prevent and solve cases involving violence, vandalism or drug use
