5 Reasons Why We Chose to Focus on E-Learning Content in the First Step

The COVID pandemic is certainly a strong argument for digital learning. However, we started working on the concept for the Academy long before the pandemic. The reason we focus heavily on e-learning or hybrid models like blended learning is as follows:

  1. Our customers can decide for themselves when to consume learning content. There is no need to adhere to specific training dates, and no travel costs for in-person sessions.
  2. All devices can play the training videos: Mobile learning is possible, no matter where!
  3. Our training videos can be watched by any number of people, instead of sending the entire team to an in-person training session.
  4. Our customers can choose the learning pace and watch the videos as often as they like.
  5. For sequential learning content, participants can start exactly where it fits their individual knowledge level. No one has to consume content that either overwhelms or underwhelms them.
